Return window
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at ns@neelsemb.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address along with all necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ns@neelsemb.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale and promotional items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Socks, underwear, and any items excluded for hygiene reasons
Exchanges
We cover return shipping on size exchanges. To request an exchange, contact us at ns@neelsemb.com. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship your replacement at no additional delivery cost.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
UK customers
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, you also benefit from a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at ns@neelsemb.com.
